Any. The illustration you get can be of any degree of stylisation or abstraction, any level of detail, done in any style and any medium, with or without background. The only certain thing is that it will be an original drawing that contains a discernible owl.
Partially, yes. You can provide a short 15-character description of what you want to see in your owl illustration. The rest is up to us. If you want a more specific owl illustration (or an illustration of anything else for that matter), feel free to write at andrey@podskok.com. It'll cost you more than a fiver though.
We're sorry you didn't like your owl. We try to make the owls as exquisite and likable as possible, but sometimes it happens that it's not what you expected. We're afraid we can't offer refunds on owls though.
When you fill out the form, you can opt-in to own the copyright to your owl. That is, you are free to make anything out of it - even use it to earn money. The only thing you have to agree to is that: 1) We can show the owl illustration in the

We deal in high quality, high resolution 24-bit PNG owls by default.
A print facility might be in the works if there's enough people who want it. Drop us a line if you want one and you'll be notified if we ever start offering that service.
Also, the owls are mostly created digitally, but if your owl happens to be done in traditional media, you'll be given the option to buy the signed original, too!
We are based in the UK, so this refers to five of the Queen's own pounds sterling.
When your owl illustration is ready, you will be sent a payment request through e-mail by the PayPal system. You can pay by credit or debit card, or with your own PayPal account.
You will receive your owl within two business days. If your owl hasn't arrived til then, something's gone wrong and you should write to us immediately.

If the owl is marked with (cc) - sure, knock yourself out. However, be nice and add the name of the creator (Andrey Pissantchev) and the owner (as written in the gallery). Otherwise, you'll need the permission of both the creator and the owner.
The idea came when negotiating some illustration prices for a client. The purpose of this website is to let me practice my illustration skills and experiment with different styles, make some owl- and illustration-loving people happy, and perhaps earn some money in the process. Everybody wins.
